Returns & Refunds
Due to the limited and collectible nature of signed and numbered editions, all sales of Poppy Editions are final.
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage. Replacement requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If an order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer available.
Because signed and numbered editions are prepared specifically for each purchaser, orders cannot be modified after fulfillment has begun.
Collector Edition Notice
Each Poppy Edition is individually signed and numbered.
Minor variations in signatures, numbering, packaging, or handmade elements are part of the unique nature of each edition and are not considered defects.
